Red Room Premises Rules:
- Recording Sessions and Transactions: Engineers provide transactional services only. Recording sessions involving alternate compensation must be arranged and approved by R3’s owner, general manager, or authorized personnel.
- Booking:
- Book online via R3’s platform.
- Payment covers studio space reservation; no refunds for cancellations.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Recommend booking 2 days in advance. Sessions follow specified times.
- Studio Rules:
- No smoking in the building or immediate vicinity.
- Drug-free environment; no illegal drugs allowed.
- Drinking under 21 is prohibited in the building.
- Responsible alcohol consumption away from production console.
- Impaired guests must leave; non-compliance leads to authorities.
- Fair Practices:
- R3’s business model is based on fairness, devoid of favoritism or outside deals.
- Prohibited: arrangements, collaborations, side deals without owner’s consent.
- Privacy and Access:
- Studio access limited to R3 staff, executives, and invited artists (minimum of 5 people).
- COVID-19 Guidelines:
- Masks and 6-foot distance required.
- Maximum group size of five.
- Temperature checks and hand cleaning facilities available.
- Deposits:
- Sessions ≤ 4 hours require full payment.
- Sessions > 4 hours: 50% deposit at booking.
- Protects engineer’s schedule; ensures session availability.
- 6-hour sessions can span 2 weeks if agreed.
- Deposit holders can move sessions within 24 hours without penalty.
- After 2nd reschedule, deposit is forfeited; new deposit needed.
- Confirm session with deposit within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Balance due at session start for sessions > 4 hours (50% deposit required).
